pkgame Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkgame ("pkgame", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pkgame.vu. This Agreement governs your registration, account use, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, acceptance of promotions, and all other interactions with the pkgame platform.

By completing the registration process and clicking "I Agree" during sign-up, or by accessing the pkgame platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

pkgame operates under internationally recognised gaming standards and is committed to providing a secure, fair, and transparent gaming environment for all eligible Pakistani users. These Terms exist to protect both you and the integrity of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of pkgame immediately.

Access to and use of the pkgame platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, scripts, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of a pkgame employee where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from pkgame.

pkgame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, during active play, and before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

To access the full features of pkgame — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing transactions — you must register a verified account. The following rules apply to all pkgame accounts:

• One Account Only: Each individual may hold only one active pkgame account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pkgame will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, and you may not access or use another person's account.
• Notification of Compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkgame support immediately via live chat or email.
• Account Verification (KYC): pkgame conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering standards. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

pkgame reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

All financial transactions on pkgame are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL digital, or Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your pkgame wallet once the payment has cleared through the relevant payment processor. pkgame does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, and pkgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and up to 3 business days for bank transfers.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering. pkgame operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Suspicious transaction patterns will be flagged, investigated, and reported to relevant authorities where required by law. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering will be suspended immediately, and all funds held pending investigation.

4.4 Currency. pkgame does not perform currency conversion. All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are expressed and processed in PKR only. Users attempting to deposit in foreign currencies will have their transactions declined at the payment gateway level.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on pkgame. Game-specific rules are additionally published within each game or betting market interface.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the user.
• pkgame reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was the subject of a technical error, odds feed failure, or manifest pricing error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system latency. pkgame is not responsible for bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market has been officially suspended due to data feed delay.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market and are displayed within the betting interface. pkgame reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• In the event of a disputed result or official result reversal by the relevant governing body, pkgame will settle bets in accordance with the final official outcome as confirmed by the sport's governing authority.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan internationals, Asia Cup, and global T20 leagues — are settled based on the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board.

pkgame offers casino games including but not limited to live dealer blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar, as well as a library of certified RNG slot games. All casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generation systems.

pkgame offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specifically overridden by the individual promotion's stated terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified accounts only. Each promotion may be claimed once per person, per household, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated at the point of claiming each promotion.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are wagered first by default unless otherwise specified in the promotion rules.
• pkgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating play across accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• All bonus amounts are denominated in PKR.

pkgame is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any bot, script, automated software, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the pkgame platform in place of genuine human participation.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information not available to the general public when placing sports bets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the pkgame platform software or infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financially illegal activity.

pkgame employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors all account activity. Suspicious behaviour triggers automated alerts and manual review. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities when required by applicable law.

All content on the pkgame platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, databases, audio-visual elements, and the pkgame brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkgame or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkgame platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pkgame content without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pkgame's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may additionally constitute infringement actionable under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pkgame's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pkgame account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkgame does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or emergency downtime without advance notice, and shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

pkgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we provide a comprehensive set of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users via the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at regular intervals to notify you of the time spent on the platform in a single session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pkgame for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the stated duration.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying your net position at configurable intervals during active gaming sessions.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and pkgame servers are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols.

pkgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the pkgame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using pkgame and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance prior to the effective date.
